Product Description
Worship of Lord Kubera is believed to be the basis for gain of unlimited wealth and prosperity. For when Lord Kubera is pleased, he blesses the person with materialistic success and wealth. The chances of accruing wealth unexpectedly and suddenly increases, no matter how much one spends, money keeps flowing in, provided its is used for constructive purposes and not for destructive or anti-social activities.
Lord Kubera (Sanskrit: ?????, Pali/later Sanskrit: Kuvera) also spelt Kuber, is the Lord of wealth. He is regarded as the owner of the treasures of the world. Lord Kubera is often depicted as a fat man, adorned with jewels and carrying a money-pot or money-bag.
In Buddhism, he is known as Vaisravana, while in Jainism, he is known as Sarvanubhuti.
As the treasurer of the riches of the world, Lord Kubera is prescribed to be worshipped. Lord Kubera also credited money to the god Venkateshwara (a form of the god Vishnu) for his marriage with Padmavati. In remembrance of this, the reason devotees go to Tirupati to donate money in Venkateshwara's Hundi ("Donation pot"), is so that he can pay it back to Lord Kubera. Lord Kubera is worshipped with Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth during Diwali, which is primarily dedicated to her – usually on the Dhanteras day.
While Lord Kubera still enjoys prayers as the god of wealth, his role is largely taken by the god of wisdom, fortune and obstacle-removal, Lord Ganesha, with whom he is generally associated.
21 mukhi rudraksha is also believes to represent Lord Dhanvantari.
Lord Dhanvantari (Sanskrit: ?????????) is an Avatar of Lord Vishnu from the Hindu tradition. He appears in the Vedas and Puranas as the physician of the gods (devas), and the god of Ayurvedic medicine. It is common practice in Hinduism for worshipers to pray to Lord Dhanvantari seeking his blessings for sound health for themselves and others.
Lord Dhanvantari is depicted as Lord Vishnu with four hands, holding medical herbs in one hand and a pot containing rejuvenating nectar called amrita in another. Lord Dhanvantari is believed to be “The Doctor, of all the whole universe”
Hence 21 Mukhi Rudraksha is believed to resprent Lord Kubera i.e. Wealth & Lord Dhanvantari i.e. Health.
