Just for knowledge it is very easy to get Nepalese Ganesha rudraksha which is available in abundance, being big in size it is little difficult to wear whereas on the other hand to get Indonesian rudraksha with Ganesha protrusion is not at all easy and that too all 55 beads of 9 Mukhi (Navdurga)) and further all of them having trunk like protrusion, that makes it extremely rare.
Definitely not easily available with any other vendors, which may be easily checked.
Approx. 92.5 grade Silver caps are used, that means purity of silver is 92.5% approx.
