This bead is a combination of 5 Mukhi + without Mukhi (no Mukhi) + 1 Mukhi which in all is 6 Mukhi. Two wall indicates seperation of 3 beads resulting in Trijudi.
We cannot claim it is the only peice in the world, but upto the point and time we do not see another peice physically, we have full rights to claim that this is the only piece in the world.
